Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Technical Data includes Internet Protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Platform Profile Data includes your Platform username and password, profile ID, ad account ID, Business Manager ID, Platform page ID, campaign results, test results, orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses and any other Platform-related information you share with us while using our chat feature. “Platform” refers to any of our Business Partners that you register to receive services for, such as Twitter. 

Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and services. All of the information processed is used to solve any client technical issues/restrictions and improve their advertising on Meta platforms through us. 

Marketing and Communication Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and third parties and your communication preferences.

We may also collect, use and share Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data under data protection legislation as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of personal data about you (this includes details about race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA OF VISITORS AND CUSTOMERS FROM FROM THE EU/EEA, UK OR SWITZERLAND (“EUROPE”)

TRANSFERRING DATA OF EU/EEA, UK AND SWISS VISITORS

In some specific cases we will have to transfer personal data of an EU/EEA, UK or Swiss visitor or customer outside Europe.

Also, some of our external third parties are based outside of Europe and their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside of Europe.

Whenever we transfer your personal data outside of Europe, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

  • We will only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
  • Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific contracts approved for use in Europe which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.

We strive to promptly respond to your requests.

In any case, should it be impossible for us to do so, we’ll make sure to communicate to you the factual or legal reasons that prevent us from immediately, or otherwise ever, satisfying your requests. In cases where we are not processing your personal information, we will indicate to you the natural or legal person to whom you should address your requests, if we are in the position to do so.

In the event that you file an access or personal information processing confirmation request, please make sure that you specify whether you’d like your personal information to be delivered in electronic or printed form.

You will also need to let us know whether you want us to answer your request immediately, in which case we will answer in a simplified fashion, or if you need a complete disclosure instead.

NO FEE USUALLY REQUIRED

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

TIME LIMIT TO RESPOND

We try to respond to all requests as soon as possible and at least within one (1) month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

ii. Exercising your rights.

You have the right to opt-out of having your personal information sold.  We do not sell your personal information. We do share your information with others as described in section “DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA” of this notice. We’ve provided more information about how you can manage your advertising, and do-not-track preferences, within this notice. 

In addition, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third-parties for their direct marketing purposes. Please allow 30 (thirty) days for a response.

  1. Right against discrimination.

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to know, delete or opt-out of sales.

If we cannot confirm your identity from the information we have on file, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

LAWFUL BASIS

Legitimate interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). Performance of Contract means processing your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract.
