Trezor wanted to generate awareness and consideration for their Black Friday promotional activity to audiences in the EU and the United States that are interested in Cryptocurrency.

They used Wise.blueā€™s unique Heart2remind feature to engage with Crypto audiences by sending them personalized messages about the upcoming Black Friday promotions.

How they did it?

The team launched the initial tweet a week before the promotion commenced, so by opting-in, relevant users would receive an instant notification, acknowledging that they would be reminded about the activity on the launch date.

For the scheduled reminders: The first notification informed users that the promotion had started, while the following notification was sent 4 days later, reminding users that the promotion was about to end and encouraging them to make a purchase soon.
